The choice of colours in this watch face is representative of the Pan-African flag with the red, black, and green. Plus, you can rotate the digital crown to bring the subject in your photo forward, which is also quite cool. You get a neat 3D effect on your Apple Watch, complete with perspective motion. Now the cool thing about this face is how it shows up your photos. You also get two complications that you can set - one in the middle and one on the bottom.
With this new Apple Watch face you can simply choose any portrait mode photo as your watch face background. So far, Portraits is the only new watch face in watchOS 8, but it is really cool (and loads of fun). There’s space for a total of six complications here, which should be enough for most people, but if not, there’s always the Infograph watch face to bring even more information at a glance. For customisation, you can choose from a bunch of color options, and enable/disable the background color as well.
